Brilliant, clear, straw yellow colour with green reflexions. Fruity flavours like Melons, Pears and Pineapple with a touch of Honey on the Nose. The mouth feel is elegant and soft with fresh fruits on the palate and well balanced acidity, with a long lasting finish.

30% aged for 6 months in Barrique barrels.

Combined perfectly with seafood and light coloured meat and tartes.

Fresh, fruity and full-bodied, a great taste experience. Served cool.
