AUKA Sauvignon Blanc

Handpicked and manually selected grapes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (16° C). Yellow with green hints and silver reflections, aromas of tropical fruit, herbs and minerals. Marked refreshing acidity, and prolonged, velvety finish.

Fermented 100% in stainless steel tanks, after the alcoholic fermentation is completed it rests six months on fine lees.

A perfect match for aperitifs or preparations with fish, seafood, oysters, white meat, asparagus and other not too spicy food.

Feels like being taylor made for european palates.
