Violet red colours with a ray of blue. An intensive and bright flavours
of red and dark fruits, like raspberries, plums and cherries, nicely accompanied by black pepper, completed by notes of vanilla and chocolate. Smoothly structured, full bodied and a concentrated taste
with a touch of meat. Very elegant long finish with discrete tannins.

Aged for 6 months in Barrique barrels.

An excellent partner to high quality meat dishes, to nutty cheese
variants or just purely. Harmonic, fruity, mature, and demanding.
